On December 8th 2009 State Debt Committee of the City of Moscow and Financial Agency of the City of Moscow (Mosfinagency) in cooperation with Frankfurt Main Finance organized the Roundtable “Creating the International Financial Centre (IFC) in Moscow”. Cooperation of the Cities of Moscow and Frankfurt”.  The Roundtable – and the second meeting of the joint Russian-German Group on Moscow IFC development – was held within the framework of the Moscow Days in the Land of Hessen,  in Wiesbaden, Germany,  in the premises the Ministry of Economics, Transport, Urban and Regional Development of State of Hessen.

The participants of the Roundtable discussed further steps of cooperation in the above-mentioned field, in particular the prospects for establishment of a Risk Management and Regulation Institute in Moscow and development of Moscow IFC Index.
