The Conference is organized by SSUE “Mosfinagency”

The main objective of this event is exchange of experience and elaboration of practical solutions on the following key issues of financing of regional and municipal infrastructure projects:

• measures for improvement of investment climate in the Russian Federation and the Russian regions;

• the practice and the problems related to attraction of direct investments, including foreign investments;

• Public Private Partnership – mechanisms, theory and practice;

• infrastructure bonds;

• pre-programmed and target-oriented approach to shaping and fulfillment of regional budget;

• sub-federal bonds market – regulation and trends;

• sub-federal debt management in the Russian Federation;

There will be also discussed some other issues related to investment programmes financing.

In the Conference will take part the representatives of: federal legislative and executive authorities, the City of Moscow Government, subjects of the Russian Federation, municipal authorities, the largest Russian and foreign banks, investment companies, financial institutions, the leading international rating agencies.
