The Conference focused on the current problems of Russian and world economies, antirecessionary strategies of Russian regions, their policies and budget limitations, modern methods and mechanisms of financing from external sources, legal aspects of municipal and sub-federal borrowings, infrastructural projects in Russian regions, legal support of socio-economic development of Russian regions, analysis of relevant experience of leading foreign financial institutions, as well as on other issues related to financing investment programmes in Russian regions.
The Conference, held on an annual basis, brings together for a rich and fruitful discussion representatives of the Russian federal legislative and executive authorities, the City of Moscow Government, Russian regional and local administrations, major Russian and international investment institutions and banks, leading international rating agencies.
